Terms & Conditions

1. General provisions

1. The online store available at krzycarpremium.pl is operated by KrzyCarPremium, contact: krzysztofsklep789@gmail.com (“Seller”).
2. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the store, entering into sales agreements, and delivering purchased digital products.
3. Using the store requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

1. Customer — an individual, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.
2. Consumer — a Customer who is an individual making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
3. Digital product — a Shopify theme (template) and related digital files offered for sale in the store.
4. Agreement — a distance sales agreement for a digital product concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

3. Type and scope of products offered

1. The store offers ready-made Shopify themes (templates) and related digital materials, delivered exclusively in electronic form.
2. The store does not sell physical goods or provide services that require shipping.

4. Placing orders

1. Orders are placed by adding the selected product to the cart and completing the store’s checkout process.
2. A sales agreement is concluded once the order is confirmed and payment is made between the Customer and the Seller.
3. The Customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order.

5. Prices and payment methods

1. All prices shown in the store are gross prices, in the currency indicated on the product page.
2. Payments are processed through the payment methods available in the store.
3. The order is fulfilled once payment has been received.

6. Delivery of digital content

1. Purchased digital products are made available to the Customer electronically — via a download link and/or email — immediately after payment is confirmed, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
2. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address to ensure proper delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

1. Under applicable consumer protection law, a Consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
2. Because the products sold are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once performance has begun with the Consumer’s express prior consent and after being informed that they would lose that right.
3. By placing an order for a digital product with instant delivery, the Customer agrees that delivery may begin before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal once the product has been downloaded.

8. Complaints

1. The Customer may file a complaint about a purchased digital product, in particular if it does not match its description or has technical defects that prevent normal use.
2. Complaints should be sent to krzysztofsklep789@gmail.com, including the order number and a description of the issue.
3. The Seller will review complaints within 14 days of receipt.

9. Personal data and cookies

1. The Seller is the controller of Customers’ personal data.
2. Personal data is processed to fulfill orders, handle inquiries, and — where the Customer has given consent — for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection law (including GDPR).
3. The store uses cookies to ensure the site functions correctly and for statistical purposes.
4. Detailed rules on personal data processing may be set out in a separate Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, including relevant consumer protection legislation.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or in the scope of the store’s activity). Orders placed before changes take effect will be fulfilled under the previous terms.
3. These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date of publication in the store.
